Hotel Victorie is close to the RAI congress center and the hip Pijp area just outside the hectic city center of Amsterdam. A taxistand is nearby and three trams stop virtually in front of the door all day to take you everywhere in a short ride. The hotel is build in two typical Amsterdam style apartment buildings. Several nice bars, restaurants and shops can be found in the proximity. The neighbourhood was designed by prominent Dutch architect Berlage and young Anne Frank used to live around the corner of the hotel in the 1930's.
